We aim to respond to email and WhatsApp enquiries within two business
days. Enquiries received outside trading hours, on weekends or on public
holidays are treated as received on the next business day.
4. ADDRESS FOR SERVICE OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS
We choose the following address as our domicilium citandi et executandi
for the service of all legal notices, processes and documents:

Legal notices, letters of demand and court process are validly served on
us only by delivery to that physical address. Notices sent by email,
WhatsApp, social media message, website contact form, online review or
any other electronic channel do not constitute valid service and will not
be regarded as having been received for any legal purpose.
5. WHAT BINDS US
Only written communication issued from our official email address by a
director, or a signed document on our letterhead, constitutes a binding
statement or undertaking by EchoWave Music.
Statements, estimates, timelines, opinions or assurances given verbally,
by telephone, over WhatsApp, in store, on social media or by any member
of staff are given in good faith as guidance only. They do not vary our
published Terms and Conditions of Sale, our Returns, Refunds and
Cancellations Policy, or any other published policy, and they do not
create a warranty, guarantee or contractual obligation.
Our published policies, read together with the order confirmation we
issue on acceptance of an order, constitute the entire agreement between
us and the customer.
6. COMPLAINTS
We would rather resolve a problem than have one escalated, and most
matters are settled quickly if raised with us directly.
Step 1 — Raise it with us.
Send a written complaint to info@echowavemusic.co.za setting out the
order number, the nature of the complaint and the outcome you are seeking.
Please attach any supporting photographs or documents.
Step 2 — We investigate.
We will acknowledge your complaint within five business days and provide
a substantive response within fifteen business days of receipt. Where a
complaint requires technical assessment of an instrument or item of
equipment, or requires us to obtain information from a supplier,
distributor or manufacturer, the fifteen business day period runs from
the date that assessment or information is received by us.

If your complaint remains unresolved after our substantive response, you
may refer the matter to:

Referral of a complaint to an ombud, regulator or tribunal does not
suspend, extend or interrupt any time period stated in our Returns,
Refunds and Cancellations Policy or our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Any right that lapses under those policies while a complaint is pending
lapses in the ordinary course.
