Our rent-to-own program lets you enjoy your dream guitar while building ownership over time. Here's how it works:

It's simple! 70% of every payment goes toward the guitar's value. For the R4,000 beginner guitar at R480/month:

• Each month, R336 (70%) goes toward ownership
• After 10 months, you've paid R4,800 total
• You've earned R3,360 in credits
• Your deposit covers the remaining R640
• The guitar is YOURS!

Yes! We understand that circumstances change. Here are the details:

Minimum Commitment: You must keep the guitar for at least 3 months.

Notice Period: Give us 30 days' notice before returning.

Deposit Refund: Your full deposit will be refunded when you return the guitar in good condition.

No Penalties: There are no additional fees for returning after the minimum period.

Normal Wear and Tear: Small scratches, string wear, and minor dings are completely expected and covered. You won't be charged for normal use.

Optional Insurance: For peace of mind, we offer damage protection insurance for R50-R80 per month (depending on guitar value). This covers accidental damage, theft, and major repairs.

Excess Fee: If you have insurance and need to make a claim, there's a R500 excess fee.

Without Insurance: You're responsible for repair costs if significant damage occurs outside normal wear.

Absolutely! We encourage you to grow with your playing.

Eligibility: Available after 3 months in the program.

Credit Transfer: 50% of the credit you've built transfers to your new guitar.

Upgrade Fee: One-time R300 processing fee.

New Deposit: You may need to pay an additional deposit depending on the price difference.

Example: If you've built R4,000 in credit, R2,000 transfers to your upgraded guitar.

The deposit secures your guitar and protects both you and us.

Deposit Amounts:

• Entry-level guitars: R1,200
• Premium guitars: R2,000

Fully Refundable: Get your entire deposit back when you return the guitar in good condition or complete your purchase.

What It Covers: The deposit protects the guitar and any included accessories (case, strap, etc.) against loss or significant damage.

Just 3 Months: That's our only minimum commitment period.

Month-to-Month After: After 3 months, continue on a flexible month-to-month basis.

Total Flexibility: Return anytime after the minimum period with 30 days' notice, or keep building toward ownership.

No Long-Term Contracts: We don't lock you into lengthy agreements. Your musical journey should be flexible.

First String Change: Completely free! We'll change your strings once at no cost.

Ongoing Maintenance: String changes typically cost R150-R200 and are needed every 3-6 months depending on how often you play.

Member Discount: Enjoy discounts off selected accessories, strings, and maintenance services as a rent-to-own member.
